The Three Month Path to a Brighter Future
Fortune’s Path uses your own KPIs/OKRs and their 12 Steps of Leadership framework as the basis for a three-month coaching program.
Month 1
First, we establish your baselines through a series of assessments. We’ll define your OKRs/KPIs to track improvement, and help you define your professional brand. You’ll learn what you can and can’t control, how to focus your efforts to make the greatest impact, what it means to “love your customers,” and what kind of leader you want to be.
Month 2
Next, you’ll build bridges within your organization. During these weeks, you’ll make and share an inventory of your professional character, then learn how to get the most from it. You’ll identify the people who can help you succeed, then interview them to find out what they need to succeed. You’ll create feedback processes for continuous improvement.
Month 3
Finally, it’s time to implement changes and measure your success. You’ll learn effective tools for taking a daily inventory, how to improve your insight through contact with customers and colleagues, and why it’s crucial to evangelize the message of customer love and commitment to improvement. You’ll wrap up by creating an ongoing professional development plan.
